Nothing says fresh more than fresh food and ingredients, so why not make them the center of your table. This centerpiece features brightly colored tomatoes and peppers set amidst a field of greens, all on top a mossy bed.

Create lighting levels with this lovely outdoor setting that uses mason jars and birdcages to create a multiple level lighting experience. Notice too, the candles in jars on the ground level. Use electric candles just to be safe.

You know it’s fresh when you make it yourself. As a fun and entertaining team building option, your guests can learn how to make their own food. Shown here, gelato is a fan favorite. Other fresh entertaining ideas could include cookies, cupcakes, biscuits. You’re only limited by your imagination!

Freshly Squeezed

With a drink that’s fresh enough to cut through the fog, the Fog Cutter is bright and fresh. Add fresh lemon slices and mint sprigs for added color and flavor.


2 ounces freshly squeezed orange juice
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 ounce orgeat
1 1/2 ounces white rum
1/2 ounce gin
1/2 ounce brandy
1/2 ounce Amontillado sherry


Add everything except sherry to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Carefully pour the sherry on top of the drink; garnish with a sprig of mint.
