- Event Producer
As the first point of contact with clients, event producers make the magic happen and create wonderful lasting memories. Venues vary from indoor sites, such as the convention center to outdoor beach parks and private estates. Event producers draft a timeline/floor plan, contact vendors for décor and entertainment, submit orders for staff and supplies, then execute the event. Teamwork is everything and producers work closely with other event producers, staffing team, and warehouse support.
- HR Manager
As a member of the Staffing Team, the scheduler is required to fill shifts quickly as job orders are received. Posts jobs, makes adjustments, and schedules our casual hires team. Must have excellent attention to detail and follow through, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software. Oral and written communication skills to “sell” opportunities, strong problem solving skills, demonstrated sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic to meet deadlines is needed. Experience in scheduling staff for a convention center or a sports stadium is desirable.
